Hadith:
The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said:
“The strongest among you is the one who controls his anger.”
(Sahih al-Bukhari & Sahih Muslim)
Real-Life Example:
Two colleagues, Omar and Rashid, face the same problem at work:
- Omar gets angry quickly and shouts when things don’t go his way. His temper creates conflicts, and people start avoiding him. Even when he’s right, no one listens because of his bad attitude.
- Rashid, on the other hand, stays calm even in stressful situations. Instead of reacting emotionally, he thinks before speaking. His patience earns him respect, and people trust him to handle challenges wisely.
This Hadith teaches that real strength is not in physical power but in self-control. Managing anger leads to better relationships, wiser decisions, and inner peace.
